  • Do you deliver all over India?

       Yes, we currently ship all across India.
 

  • What are the shipping charges for my order?

       We charge a flat shipping charge of just INR  50 for all standard orders. Orders above Rs.1000 will qualify for free
       standard shipping. 

 

  • How long does it take to ship an order?

      All orders are shipped out within 1-2 business days. In rare cases, we may take a little longer to ship your order. In case 
      of any delay, we will keep you informed.

  • How long will it take to deliver my order?

      All orders are usually delivered in 5-8 working days for major cities and 7-10 days for remote locations, from the date
      of order.

  • What happens if I have entered the wrong address?

      We would request you to email us at info@northwishnaturals.com immediately mentioning your order number so that
       we can fix the same for you.

 

  • Can I ship to multiple address at the same time?

Sorry, we are unable to ship to multiple addresses at this time. We recommend you place separate orders for the same.
 

  • Can I return the package at the time of delivery if I’m not satisfied?

If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and send us an email at info@northwishnaturals.com, mentioning your order number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
 

All sales are final, currently we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges. However, we want to make sure that you are fully satisfied with your order from us, always. If for any reason, you feel dissatisfied with your order please write to us at info@northwishnaturals.com and we'll do our best to assist you.

RETURNS

CANCELLATION

If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so within 3 hours of placing the order by reaching us on our "Contact Us" page, where you can fill in the "Contact Us" box mentioning your order number. A refund can be initiated within this time, however, it will be a partial refund as Razorpay automatically deducts 2% of the total amount paid. 

PAYMENT

We use Razorpay for processing payments. We/Razorpay do not store your card data on their servers. The data is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) when processing payment. Your purchase transaction data is only used as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is not saved.

 

Our payment gateway adheres to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

 

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
