All sales are final. Currently we do not offer returns, refunds (only within 3 hours of cancellation), or exchanges. However, we want to make sure that you are fully satisfied with your order from us, always. If for any reason, you feel dissatisfied with your order please write to us at email@example.com and we'll do our best to assist you.
If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so within 3 hours of placing the order by reaching us at firstname.lastname@example.org, mentioning your order number. A refund can be initiated within this time, however, it will be a partial refund as Razorpay automatically deducts 2% of the total amount paid.
