Where is Northwish Naturals based and where are our products manufactured?
Currently, Northwish Naturals is based out of Delhi NCR. All our products are formulated and manufactured in India.

Does Northwish Naturals test on animals?
Northwish Naturals never has, nor will it ever test our products on animals. We love our fury friends.
What is the shelf life of Northwish Naturals?
Our products have a shelf life of 3 years (36 months), from the date of manufacturing, when unopened.
Can I mix and match Northwish Naturals Products?
Absolutely! Different hair types have different needs and each of our products can be mixed and matched. For example, someone with fine, wavy hair may want to pair our Curl Defining Leave-in Conditioner with our Curl Defining Styling Gel. Whereas someone with thick wavy hair might benefit from using our Curl Defining Leave-in and Curl Defining Custard.
What hair types is Northwish Naturals meant for?
All our styling products are designed and made for wavy, curly, and kinky coily hair types. As for our shampoos and conditioners, they are designed as per your hair care needs. You can check the front label of each bottle specifically to see which product is as per your hair care needs.

Do you deliver all over India?
Yes, we currently ship all across India.
What are the shipping charges for my order?
We charge a flat shipping charge of just INR 80 for all standard orders. Orders above Rs.1000 will qualify for free standard shipping.
How long does it take to ship an order?
All orders are shipped out within 1-2 business days. In rare cases, we may take a little longer to ship your order. In case of any delay, we will keep you informed.
How long will it take to deliver my order?
All orders are usually delivered in 5-8 working days for major cities and 7-10 days for remote locations, from the shipping date.
What happens if I enter the wrong address?
We would request you to reach out to us on WhatsApp immediately, +919873221510 mentioning your order number so that we can fix the same for you.
Can I ship to multiple addresses at the same time?
Sorry, we are unable to ship to multiple addresses at this time. We recommend you place separate orders for the same.
Can I return the package at the time of delivery if I’m not satisfied?
If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and send us an email at info@northwishnaturals.com, mentioning your order number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
